Azure DevOps Integration Guide 🚀

Integrate your Azure DevOps account with Chrono Platform to streamline your project management and effortlessly track your team's work. Follow these simple steps to connect your account, select your workspaces, and keep your projects and tasks continuously in sync.

Step 1: Connect Your Azure DevOps Account 🔗​

  • OAuth Flow:
    Log in to Chrono Platform and navigate to the Integrations section.
    Click on the Azure DevOps integration option and sign in using the OAuth flow.

  • Grant Permissions:
    Authorize Chrono Platform to securely access your Azure DevOps data, ensuring all your projects and tasks can be imported.

Step 2: Select Your Workspaces 📁​

  • Choose Workspaces:
    After connecting your account, you'll see a list of your available Azure DevOps workspaces.

  • Confirm Your Selection:
    Select the workspaces you wish to sync. Chrono Platform will import all projects from these workspaces and continuously keep them updated.

Step 3: Import and Categorize Tasks 📊​

  • Project Sync:
    Chrono Platform automatically imports all projects from your selected workspaces and ensures they remain in sync.

  • Task Import:
    Once your projects are imported, all associated tasks are fetched automatically.

  • Accurate Categorization:
    Tasks are organized by:

    • User: Who completed the task.
    • Project: The related project.
    • Task: The specific task details.
    • Activity: The type of work performed.

This systematic categorization provides detailed insights into your team's work, helping you manage resources and optimize efficiency.
