Google Calendar Integration Guide 📅

Follow this guide to integrate your Google Calendar with Chrono Platform. By connecting your Google account and selecting the calendars to sync, you'll streamline your workflow and automatically attribute time spent on meetings and events to the right projects and activities.


Step 1: Connect Your Google Account 🔗

  • Sign In:
    Log in to Chrono Platform and navigate to the Integrations section.
  • Connect Your Account:
    Click on the Google Calendar integration option and sign in with your Google account.
  • Grant Permissions:
    Authorize Chrono Platform to access your calendar data securely.

Step 2: Select Calendars to Sync 📆

  • Choose Your Calendars:
    Once connected, you'll see a list of your available calendars.
  • Select Calendars:
    Pick the calendars you want Chrono Platform to sync with. This ensures all relevant events are captured.

Step 3: Regular Event Import & Categorization ⏰

  • Automatic Import:
    Chrono Platform regularly imports all calendar events from your selected calendars.
  • Event Filtering:
    Only events marked as attending or unresponded are considered for time tracking.
  • Time Attribution:
    Imported events are automatically attributed to time spent per user and categorized under the appropriate project and activity.
